The sidelites and door panel are from two different sets of designs, so it was a challenge to come up with a concept that would integrate both designs, but still make it look like it was all built at the same time. Options were given, a design was chosen, and the panel was built. There is a lip on the frame that covers part of the glass, so the bevel border was pushed in so it could be fully enjoyed, instead of being partially covered by the lip on the frame.
