Peterson Powder Room
The previous homeowners took the leaded glass in the powder room, which can be seen after the first image. The new homeowners needed something put back in to the opening since this is a restroom, that would obscure the view. It was thought the original design needed to go back in. Once it was made clear that any design could be built, it didn't have to be a stained glass design, we were asked if we could incorporate an existing entertainment center cabinet door design. The new cabinet door design cost more than the cost of the original window design because of the intricacy of the window. Since we were aware the customer liked the new design, but cost was an issue, the cabinet door design was simplified in order to match the same price as what it would cost for the original design that was not liked as much. This allowed us to be creative, but also allowed the customer to get something they are happy with that is unique to them. If they ever decide to move, they can now take their custom panel with them, like the previous homeowner did.
