We always start with a design concept the customer has. Sometimes the finished project is completely different than what was originally contemplated. For this window, the design started off as some sort of Fleur-de-lis design. The Welker's have a panel made by their daughter (third image ©Welker) and asked if we could design something based on that panel. Well, of course we can! Originally the panel was wanted as all clear, but then it was decided to change the flowers to color to help compliment the existing hanging window. We used two different clear textures in the field (clear antique and clear water) to go with the theme of two different field colors in the original panel.
